Joy Henderson: Bodybuilding is an incredible journey and one that I would never change but there is one important thing that I constantly remind myself of: I am nothing without God. To God be the glory for my life, my health, and my happiness and in everything you do, glorify & serve God. The biggest challenge in bodybuilding & life can be keeping things in perspective and remembering that our true rewards are in heaven and our service on earth is to bring others to God. My goal is to glorify God in and through bodybuilding and to help others along the way get the most from this life and discover their true rewards and everlasting life above. Colossians 3:17
